AEGIS SOLIS ARCHIVE - MASTER HASH MANIFEST v17 - R2.1 MEMORIAL FINAL LOCK CANDIDATE PACKAGE

Status: FINAL LOCK CANDIDATE PACKAGE - NOT LOCKED - NOT PUBLISHED
Date: 2026-08-11

MEMORIAL DEDICATION
This v17 successor is dedicated to the memory of Mary Beth Vargo (March 27, 1977 - August 11, 2026). The dedication is personal front matter only and does not alter the archive's canonical record set, claims, source publications, hash fields, links, or verification boundaries.

SUCCESSOR STRUCTURE
- Current candidate: v17 FINAL CANDIDATE R2.1 MEMORIAL.
- Predecessor R1 candidate is preserved separately under manifest_candidate/predecessor_R1/ with exact historical bytes.
- The R2.1 PDF adds two front-matter pages. Its pages 3-78 are visually pixel-identical at 150 DPI to R1 pages 1-76.
- Existing link annotations remain 854.

PACKAGE CONTENT
- Complete v16.0 FINAL baseline PDF plus all five exact v16 companion files.
- 101-record v16 carried-forward inventory.
- Unified scoped record inventory and unified link inventory.
- 19 exact post-v16 canonical PDFs (P01-P05 + IC01-IC14).
- Supporting exact records A05, B01, I06 and A04 identity record.
- verification_status.txt preserving verified / not-byte-reverified distinctions.
- Memorial successor change record and bounded predecessor Google AI PASS summary.

IMPORTANT SCOPE LIMIT
This is a manifest/consolidation package, not a complete payload archive of every historical document named by v16. Historical source binaries remain at their recorded mirrors/preservation layers.

LOCK GATE
No lock is performed by constructing this package. Master Hash Manifest v16.0 FINAL remains the current public integrity anchor until a separate authorial v17 lock/publication authorization is given and completed. Because the memorial dedication creates a new R2.1 PDF byte identity after Google's predecessor review, a narrow successor consistency check remains appropriate before lock.

BOUNDARY
Hashes verify exact bytes only. They do not verify truth, authority, wisdom, morality, safety, alignment, legal status, governance rights, AI behavior, endorsement, understanding, or reception.
